There is a solution for just about every type of problem someone might face with physical and medical challenges. Even aging presents challenges that require specialized disability products. Most people are not aware of the many types of products available to them.

If a person is having difficulty reaching, stretching or bending due to arthritis or they are wheelchair bound then there are products such as a reacher or grabber that is available to assist in these everyday tasks. These products can be used to easily retrieve those items that are out of reach.

If a person has problems with hand dexterity and they cannot grip things very well or open lids, and they are having trouble turning door knobs then they could purchase items such as button opener and zipper puller, bendable utensil, easy utensil grips, jar opener and door knob turning assistant.

Bathroom safety is another issue people face that are aging or have pysical challenges. There are many items available to assist in bathroom mobility and safety. These include grab bars, raised toilet seats, tub bars, shower/bath chairs, hand held shower, and bath safety treads.

If someone is having problems with mobility and are unable to maintain balance or walk long distances then these challenges can be addressed with a rollator, walker, cane, wheelchair, or scooter.

If taking medicine is difficult there are easy grip pill boxes, or calibrated medicine cup. For transitioning from a sitting to standing position there are lift chairs available.

These are just some of the disability products available today to help those who need it.
